Visual Composer not working with Royal theme after WP 4.5 update

VC is not loading in the backend or front end since I upgraded to WP 4.5. I upgraded to the most recent version of VC and the issue still persists. Please help.

As I see VC editor is working fine:

Clear browser cache and check again.
