Visual Composer problems - by hostpuppies

I am having difficulties with the visual composer for one of my sites. I am attaching the site url and the login for 8Theme in the private area. It seems a though VC is not activating on one o my sites. It also asks for an upgrade. AS it is bundled with theme them can you please provide me with the upgrade? Thanks.

Hello hostpuppies,

we have checked your site: http://hostpuppies.com/inac/ and Visual Composer is working correct.
We have sent you latest versions of ‘Visual Composer’ and ‘Ultimate Addons for VC’ on your e-mail.
Our theme does not come with Visual Composer key. You do not need any keys to use plugins bundled with our theme. Every new release of theme will have latest versions of bundled plugins included.
