Visual issues with XStore Theme. ajax and Slider

Hello, I bought the theme a couple of days ago and today I decided to activate and implement it, but I have run into several errors when starting the import of the demos.

Page load speed has been greatly affected as even the theme settings panel takes too long to load

Every time I try to move between the options of the dashboard, either the theme or the page, it throws me the error 503, and as you can see, I have all the system requirements

I left a user and an administrator in the private content area so that you can please review the errors that the web is having, even with the imported content.

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.
On your site, not our theme is activated and we can’t log in. Please check.
Make sure that all 3rd party plugins are disabled before the import. Demo content can be imported incorrectly in case a lot of 3rd party plugins were activated on the site before the import.

I have deactivated all the plugins of the web, but now when I try to import the content, it tells me that the pages could not be installed and others, please, enter with the main user, since the user that I gave them is not allowing them, I will leave them in the private content area.

Hello, @Andrés,

I don’t see any issues on your site also the screenshots you shared with us. I have seen them all good in the screenshots too, so what problem you are facing with the template can you please elaborate on it with the help of a video for a better reference to understand.

Thanks for the suggestion, I was finally able to modify the widgets, but I still have some problems.
First: The footer of the page shows me that it is password protected as well as the store item in the menu

I’ve tried everything, but nothing works and I can’t remove that “protection”
Second: The Instagram widget is not working, I have already placed the user and linked it, I selected the account in the widget but all I get is the message shown below

Third: The slider runs to the left, and I don’t know why, the only thing I modified was the texts of it so that it wasn’t with the theme options

Fourth: I followed to the letter the steps to translate the theme into Spanish, but it was not translated, the things that are in Spanish are there because I have manually put them in their place, modifying each menu item or the page itself.

Hello,

No, it doesn’t work, still. I’ve activated VPN to be able to access your Dashboard.
1/ I’ve enabled WPbakery for static blocks – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/wpbakery-page-builder/ , and re-selected blocks for Prefooter and Footer via Appearance > Widgets.
2/ Edit page > Instagram element > select account – https://prnt.sc/FZ9b3q9JObFP
3/ Don’t stretch row with the slider, use Default https://prnt.sc/Me7mQyL3FWWx
4/ Clear cache and check translation of the theme and XStore Core plugin now
5/ Please do the next test: Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme). Do you have the mentioned issue on the checkout page when the Storefront theme is activated?
Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > Widgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back.

Sorry for the delay in answering.
1/ I’ve disabled Advanced Layout for Cart/Checkout layout via Theme Options. The checkout button works now.
Please provide FTP access, so I can pass the problem to our dev team.
If you do not know how to create FTP, your hosting provider should be able to assist you.
2/ Could you record a video of the problem?
