VisualComposer Youtube module broken - by lyranarashop

Hi Support,

I’ve noticed that after updating a product which contains VC youtube video content the output is broken. All quotes in the iframe code get escaped.

Broken page example: https://lyranara.com/product/check-medical-sport/

All plugins are up-to-date, including VC.

Please help. 🙂

Hi Support,

never mind, I was able to find a solution. I’ve had some wp_postmeta entries that were double escaped. Maybe some old plugin version created them and when I saved the page again it got even more escaped till the browser puked on it. With the current VC plugin it doesn’t happen.

For other people having the same issue, just search wp_postmea meta_value field for ‘\”‘ and delete all ‘\’.
