Can you please help with this, VS message box is still not working correctly.

Hi, i have taken images.

The first shows how i have set up the message box using VC, i have a teal coloured box with a bell icon.

but on the site it is just the default, light blue with an i for the icon

This has happened in another area (shopping cart) but you gave me some css, this is all well and good but it doesnt change the icon and it clearly is not working!

What directory are your site files located in?
Also please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials and a page link where you have issue with VC Message Box element.
