Waiting list option is not working on the website

Hi there, i have activated the waiting list option on my wordpress but nothing is changing. I tried to change all the options of the product to see if there was any kind of setting to change in the product, something like quantity or else but nothing seems working.

Another thing is the button on the header “Get started”, can’t find the option to remove it.
I tried to change the product page settings too but they didn’t change for some reason.

1/ Single Product Builder via Elementor > edit template > add Waitlist element.

2/ Header Builder via Elementor > edit template > https://prnt.sc/TrjR1FaWIKDm
We’ve removed the button for you.

3/ Please update the Elementor plugin to the latest version, clear the cache, and check how it works then.
Record a video of the problem for us.

You guys are fantastic!!! Thanks for answering so fastly and for the help.

I’m sorry to disturb but i change some settings while i was searching for others. My cart symbol goes away from the mobile header, the menu item changes colour and i’m not able to understand to ho put it back. https://prnt.sc/x081mTpNummv
And one more thing, how can i change the shop page? I was trying to open the shop page with elementor but it did not open for some reason.

To enable the display of the Waitlist button on your Shop page, which has been created using the Elementor builder, it is necessary to activate the Stock Status option of Archive products widget in Elementor editor. You can do this by following this link: https://prnt.sc/aIYKQ38YDeeN. Please select the ‘Out of stock’ status, or you may leave the option for ‘Show for stock statuses only’ unselected to allow all stock statuses to be displayed on each product. This is required as our Waitlist button is displayed in addition only after stock status html output for ‘outofstock’ products.

Hi there, thanks for answering. Would like to ask:
1: Can i use the waitlist button under other posts rather then the product? If yes, how?
2: How can i remove this delete button from the cart on the mobile version?
3: How can i edit the page that comes after an order has been registered on the website?

1. The feature you inquired about is exclusively available for products only.

2. To implement the CSS modification you mentioned, please navigate to Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS. Insert the following code:

@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) { .product_list_widget li .et-delete, .product_list_widget li .et-remove-type2 { display: none; } }

3. Regarding the thankyou page modification, it is important to note that it cannot be altered using visual builders like Elementor or WPBakery. Modifications can only be made directly in the file loaded from WooCommerce following successful actions on the checkout page. Should you wish to customize, you may locate the file at xstore/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou-advanced.php and replicate it within your child-theme folder. Please be aware that such customization falls outside our standard support scope. However, you can request specialized customization services at: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

Hi thanks a lot for answering. Just a quick help here. In the checkout page, when you go to enter the card number, the text appearing is in white and you are not able to see it if you don’t select it like in the picture. Can you give me a code or show me the potition where i can change it please? Black colour is good.
