Waiting List Shows Item Status as “In Stock” Even Though It Isn’t?

Shows as in stock on waiting list, but on product page shows not in stock & the opt-in form for the product waiting list?

I do not know if my hosting provider has FTP access, is there another way? Or can I send file you need, etc? I can give admin access to WordPress.

Also here is another product page with a similar problem, it does not show the waiting list box even though it is out of stock, however if I scroll down the sticky add to cart does show the waiting list box. No idea why.
