Shows as in stock on waiting list, but on product page shows not in stock & the opt-in form for the product waiting list?
Dear @d88dcjj,
We hope this message finds you well.
Could you kindly provide us with FTP access in a private area so that we can review the issue and work on implementing a solution?
Thank you for your cooperation.

I do not know if my hosting provider has FTP access, is there another way? Or can I send file you need, etc? I can give admin access to WordPress.
Also here is another product page with a similar problem, it does not show the waiting list box even though it is out of stock, however if I scroll down the sticky add to cart does show the waiting list box. No idea why.
Hello @d88dcjj
We asked you for the FTP credentials to provide us to check the issue, so, please, contact to your hosting and give us such details.
Thanks for understanding !
Kind regards, Jack Richardson

Please try this one.
Dear @d88dcjj,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We would like to inform you that the information displayed in our Waitlist table is based on the default WooCommerce functions. As such, the stock status shown in the table for a given product reflects the same status as displayed in the default WooCommerce products table. You can refer to this example for clarification: https://gyazo.com/a68f83a170fd32d95acb66171d91ec0f.
This indicates that the issue is not related to our theme but is consistent with the default stock status field in WooCommerce. Therefore, we recommend contacting WooCommerce support directly to address this matter, as the incorrect stock status appears to originate from their product table.
Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
