    Hello.

An email arrived indicating that waitlist was available for variable products, but when I activate it it doesn’t work.

I would also like to know how to use the linked variations products feature and if I can use it for variable products.

    Thank you!

    Hello, LVRB,

We have noticed that your website is utilizing a large number of plugins. This could potentially impact the website’s performance, lead to errors, and affect its overall speed. To ensure optimal functionality and avoid such issues, we kindly ask you to manually review each plugin currently in use on your website.

If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    Let us know the results.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

Unfortunately, the “Linked Variations” feature only works with simple products.

For more details about linked variations, please refer to the following link:

I did all the tests and still the waitlist function does not work. Could you please review it, because I cannot stop sales by deactivating the plugins for a long time or putting the website on standby.

Hello. The waitlist option still cannot work. I tried everything but it still doesn’t work. All my products are variable products, can that be?

I need the feature to work since I am currently using another plugin, but I want to use the Xstore plugin to improve the performance of my website.

In the private area I leave the access data.

    Hello!

The configuration you implemented is now causing new issues with my products. It’s causing problems with the WPC Buy Now Button for WooCommerce, WPC AJAX Add to Cart, and WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce plugins.

I have a plugin called WPC Product Bundles that allows me to sell products in bundles, allowing me to select the size or color of each product separately based on available stock. The problem is that the plugin can’t work without the WPC AJAX Add to Cart plugin, because the default Ajax add to cart option in Xstore doesn’t work with bundle products, so the bundle of products wasn’t added to the cart.

The other problem that arose was that the “Buy Now” option in Xstore no longer worked if I activated the WPC AJAX Add to Cart plugin, so I had to install the WPC Buy Now Button plugin to resolve that issue.

With the configuration they implemented on March 21st, the WPC Product Bundles and WPC Buy Now Button plugins started to fail. The “Buy Now” button in the shop page layout sends the Product Bundles to the checkout without selecting the product size. This creates stock issues and errors in the customer’s purchase because they can’t choose the size. This means that when you add something to the cart, you go directly to checkout without knowing the product size! This also creates an issue with the cart pop-up, which now doesn’t open to review the added products and allow you to continue shopping and adding products to the cart until the customer decides to checkout.

To solve the new problem, I had to deactivate the WPC Buy Now Button plugin, so I no longer have the option to buy immediately when the customer knows they only want one specific product.

Regarding the Xstore Waitlist, it still doesn’t work. To have that option, I installed a plugin called Waitlist WooCommerce (Back in Stock Notifier), but the idea is to use the one that comes by default with Xstore and reduce the use of external plugins, like what I had to do with the rest.

I need you to see how to permanently solve the problem, since as a fashion brand, I have to sell product bundles with complete looks, and the only option is to use the WPC Product Bundles plugin. However, using it means I have to install two additional plugins to resolve Ajax compatibility and the default Xstore buy now button. The same goes for the waitlist.

Please, I urgently need help to solve all of this and not make my site heavier and slower with additional plugins.

    Hello, LVRB,

We have not made any changes that could have affected the functionality of the “Add to Cart” feature, as it is a completely different aspect. However, as a precaution, we have reverted the modifications we previously made.

Hello! but the waitlist function still doesn’t work. Please I need a solution to use the default option and to complement it with the WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce plugin since it only works with the WPC AJAX Add to Cart plugin and is not compatible with Xstore AJAX. Can you help me with that please? Thank you

    Hello!
In some products I do see the button to add to the Xstore waitlist, but in others it does not.

The strange thing is that the Xstore waitlist button appears on a bundled product created with the WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce plugin, but it does not appear on Xstore variable products.

Attached screenshot and link of the products.

I hope they can solve it soon.
