Waitlist on admin side not working properly and showing raw html on bulk actions

    as you can see in attached screen recording, its showing raw html on bulk action. I tried delete and notify both bulk actions.

    also on delete single, it sometimes shows error and sometimes. it works.
    check private content area for more details

    In the meantime, as a temporary solution, you can delete users by utilizing the “Delete” button located below the email.

    Okay thanks for the update but to let you know that even individual delete sometimes doesn’t work as shown in the video in addition to the bulk operations.

    We have tested the delete buttons, and they appear to be functioning correctly now. Could you kindly confirm if this issue has been resolved on your end as well?

    Please note that we are still actively working on addressing the issue with the bulk delete feature.

    I don’t know but waitlist thing today just now caused site-wide damage

    It works for some and not for others. as if you go to waitlist yourself and try self delete the last record as shown in screenshot, it shows error in alert

    Well, its even messed up now. If I bulk delete, only 1 gets deleted others remain same as. also single delete not working and even total items shown doesn’t include all items if you search some email manually it might show but its not in list.

    Note that we have updated all our themse etc. and patches

    the reason you are having it because you have very less records and even in our case it works for some and not for others so its not similar for all records and as it was issue with your side as you told me before, we cannot say it can be because of hosting.
    you’re the best to check this. at least if you can tell what is issue, then it can be helpful for us but plz don’t just ignore our message.

    We have identified an issue on your website related to a plugin, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/mOtHdnG3muIE. Specifically, there seems to be an error occurring when attempting to delete an item from the waitlist table.

    Additionally, we would like to inquire if you have recently made any optimizations to your database. Such changes could potentially be linked to this issue, as we are unable to replicate the same bug on our local environment, even when testing with 10-12 waitlist requests.

    To assist you further, we kindly request the following:
    1. Please provide details regarding any database optimizations or changes you may have implemented.
    2. We have observed that a hard caching system is currently active on your website. This is causing challenges for us, as even after modifying certain JavaScript files, the site continues to load a minified version, preventing us from verifying whether the data is being sent to AJAX.
