Hey, I want to add some code to the header of the XTheme, but I couldn’t find a header.php file in the Theme File Editor under the XStore Child section. If I copy header.php from the XStore parent theme and add it to the XStore Child theme, will that work? Could it cause any conflicts?

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Yes, you can copy the header.php file from the XStore parent theme and add it to the XStore Child theme. This will allow you to modify the header without affecting the original theme files. However, please ensure that the copied file is correctly placed in the child theme directory and that it does not conflict with any existing customizations or updates from the parent theme.

If the parent theme receives an update that modifies the header.php file, your child theme will continue using the copied version, which may not include the latest changes. Therefore, we recommend reviewing the parent theme’s updates periodically to ensure compatibility.

If you need further assistance, please feel free to ask.
