Want to have 4 column mega menu - by ohmani

Hello
I have followed the instruction on how to set up the mega menu above, but somehow, I couldn’t figure out how to set up 4 column menu type. All the sub menu appears in one column. http://www.tenleyliquor.com
-> wine
I want to show 4 submenu on each column.

Hello,

By default to create mega menu you should chose design type – Mega Menu and number of columns for the first level.
