Want to setup different type of users with basic (free) and premium(paid) plan

I want to have few users with basic(free) plan and few users with premium(paid) plan. Premium plan users will have an expiry but after making the annual payment it can be renewed. Premium users will get more discount on product or shipping compared to free users. How can I setup this feature in my website ? This is an e-commerce website and something similar to amazon prime option.
