    Hi there,
As previously discussed I am using my licence for a staging site to recreate a new version for my website. I am going to be using your pre build website options, however I like a combination of two that you have and wondered if you could help me with the elements.

E.g. I have chosen for the majority of my website to look like the Sneaker Demo you have – however I really like the Furnitue3 too. For example, how can I get the elements highlighted in the image into the sneaker template I have installed?

    Thank you

    Hello,

We appreciate your initiative in contacting us for assistance.

Upon review, we have observed that your website’s content has been developed using WPBakery, whereas the Furniture03 template was constructed with Elementor. It is generally inadvisable to operate both page builders concurrently due to potential compatibility issues. However, you have the option to import pages from WPBakery demonstrations, as illustrated in the following instructional video: https://youtu.be/wkIKN2IyEZI?feature=shared

Additionally, we have identified the component you referenced as the secondary menu, which is integrated into the header. You can view it here: https://prnt.sc/5AgEUHjb7Ay0. We are prepared to construct a sample on your website to demonstrate its implementation. To proceed, kindly provide us with temporary administrative access to your WordPress dashboard.

We look forward to facilitating a smooth and efficient resolution to your request.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

Thank you so much for getting back to me.

Yes the current live website is using WPBakery, However my plan is to recreate a website on the staging site and once ready I will put the live website into maintenance mode and restart the theme so will change from WPBakery to Elementor and copy over everything piece by piece from the staging website. Would this work?
    Thank you

    Hello,

Please be advised that while it is possible to switch editors, doing so will necessitate the manual recreation of all content originally crafted with WPBakery if you choose to use Elementor. We regret to inform you that there is no automated conversion tool available for this process.

We would like to inform you that the XStore Studio tool offers the capability to import sections from a variety of demos that utilize Elementor. For comprehensive instructions on how to utilize this feature, please refer to our documentation at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstudio-feature-of-xstore-wordpress-theme/

    Kind Regards,

That won’t be a problem – thank you for advising in advance. I don’t find WP Bakery that easy to use in comparison to other builders.

With regards to copying over certain elements from a theme that falls under the xstore customisation rather than e.g. the layout of the following product page how can I go about this?

    Hi team,

Thank you so much for this!

Would it be possible to provide me with the file for the following single product layout? https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor2/sport/product/actionpace-pro/

Also, whilst we are here, on this particular page, would it be possible to have the reviews and “add a review” into its own tab next to description and remove the “additional information” – as this takes up a lot of space on mobile.

    Thank you

    Hi there,

Thank you so much for this – I’m still finding it really hard to edit the theme based on how I want it to look, and finding WPBakery really difficult to navigate, I also played around with Elementor but it still feels quite restrictive. Do you have a guide where I can follow certain steps?

For example, on this page I am trying to centre the logos under the header image where it has fast shipping etc – but no matter what I do it seems impossible – https://pawshtails.com/new-home-24/

Also, right at the bottom of the page I have 3 images with need support, sign up to email, and subscribe etc – I want these images to be touching with no gutters, but again I can’t seem to make it work?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    Hello, @fnhc,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

1/ Regarding the webpage depicted in the screenshot (https://snipboard.io/LM3Uom.jpg), could you please clarify the specific modifications or outcomes you are aiming to achieve? The page in question has been constructed using the WPBakery Page Builder, for which numerous instructional videos are readily available online. Although the customization options may not be directly related to the theme in use, we are more than willing to assist you in realizing your precise objectives.

2/ Pertaining to the question highlighted in this image (https://snipboard.io/hkDLC3.jpg), could you specify the exact nature of the problem? Are you looking to decrease the spacing as shown here (https://prnt.sc/BEflbb0RqAKl), or would you prefer to eliminate the spacing entirely? Your detailed input will enable us to provide you with the most effective solution.

We look forward to your detailed instructions to proceed accordingly.

    1. As you can see I have added 4 columns, however they are not in the centre of the page and completely misaligned. – seems to happen a lot throughout the theme so what can I do to get this to sit correctly?

    2. I want the images to touch, so essentially for there to be no gutter. I understand it can be adjusted by the margins however this affects the look on mobile and again completely misaligns it.

    Thank you

    Hello, @fnhc,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

1/ Please be informed that the content displayed within the specified columns is determined by your configured settings for elements using the WPBakery plugin. This display will remain consistent across any theme you activate. To assist you further, we have incorporated two rows with distinct settings for icons. You are welcome to choose the one that best fits your requirements. You can view the settings here: https://prnt.sc/oROIY_FKFtqy > https://prnt.sc/Z1-yC1iw-juL

2/ You have the option to configure your settings as shown here: https://prnt.sc/W0R9qp06ynFg which will result in the following display: https://prnt.sc/PISskJ3CbWV9
Alternatively, you may activate the “WPBakery Responsive CSS Box-Module” via the Theme Options to set variable margins for different devices, as demonstrated here: https://prnt.sc/z1EWPaya1i9M

We appreciate your attention to these details and are here to provide any further assistance you may require.

Perfect thank you so much – as I mentioned I have found WPBakery difficult to work with as I’ve previously used Themify Builder and its super easy to adjust everything in one place.

You mentioned there was instructional videos – can you point in the right direction so I can familiarise myself properly? Also, do I have the pro version of WPBakery with your theme or would I have to purchase this separately?

    Thank you

We are pleased to provide you with the official video tutorials for the plugin, which can be accessed at the following link: https://wpbakery.com/video-tutorials/. Additionally, you may find a wider selection of video tutorials available for open access online through a Google search.

Furthermore, we offer a page importer tool that enables you to obtain pages from our various demonstrations. You can view the tool in action here: https://youtu.be/wkIKN2IyEZI?feature=shared.

Please note that there is no need for you to purchase anything separately – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/activation-and-purchase-codes/
Read detailed information about bundled plugins here https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins
Free versions of the WPBakery or Revolution slider or any other premium plugin just do not exist. You can skip the activation message of the bundled plugins.
