WCFM qTip library error / theme conflict X Store

    Hi There

    We are using the XStore theme/demo sport & WCFM marketplace plugins. We are getting a bug whereby the qTip library question marks and hover over icons are not working within the store manager section of WCFM. Before we installed the Xstore theme the qTip library icons worked fine. It seems there is some sort of conflict with the theme.

    Please can someone take a look for us? Many Thanks

    Hi There

    We have created you with a store login for WCFM store manager to take a look.

    The error occurs within the store manager section.

    Examples; store-manager/settings/

    Store Branding/Store Logo, store banner, mobile banner etc – there is a question mark icon which just shows a question mark on mouse hover over, not the guidance text.

    if you could take a look that would be great.

    Please try to test how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site.

    We have and it works fine. The issue only started when we updated to Xstore theme.

    We’ve checked it on our test site and all works fine there.

    In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.

    Hi there

    We have already deactivated plugins. The plugin causing the issue is Xstore Core.

    When we deactivate the plugin the qTip library works fine for WCFM Store Manager. It seems there is a conflict within the theme.

    Any suggestions as we really need this feature for our sellers and we also really like the theme.

    Hello, Redarmy2023,

    Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, our devs will check this situation more deeply.

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
    To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Hello, Redarmy2023,

    Thank you for your response.

    We can’t connect FTP:

    Error:        	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    Error:        	Failed to retrieve directory listing

    Please try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself.
    What FTP port can we use?
    Is there a restriction by IP or something else?
