    Getting below error even after disabling all the plugs (picture attached). Please help.

    We are unable to connect to the XStore API with the XStore theme. Please check your SSL certificate or white lists.

    I asked the hosting provider to check on their end. Everything is okay on their end. Below is what they mentioned.

    “There are no IP addresses in their documentation. So in this case, you would need to request it from their support: XStore WordPress WooCommerce Theme – Support Forum
    The issue is with the theme itself, so you can try using a different one.

    Since the issue is with their API, we would need to check if their IP address is not blocked and if it is reaching the server.

    Host provider checked 176.9.106.102 and 136.243.62.35. they are not blocked on their end. Server IP address provided in the private content area.
