    hello! I have run out of license. then
    I bought a license extension for the site. But I can’t activate it on my website. writes errors: ” We are unable to connect to the XStore API with the XStore theme. Please check your SSL certificate or white lists. ”

    I contacted my hosting provider, he said that there were no problems on his part. The ssl certificate is in order, the validity period has not expired. I repeat once again, is it possible that this happened because of the end of the old license? I bought a new one, but I do not know how to activate it?

    Привет! К сожалению, я не смог воспользоваться покупкой. Тема просто не устанавливалась. Возникли ошибки сервера, я связался с разработчиком, но они мне не ответили и отказались решать проблему. Я не активировал лицензию, не пользовался продуктом. Я хочу отменить покупку и вернуть деньги. Спасибо

    Hello! Unfortunately I was not able to use the purchase. The theme simply did not install. There were server errors, I contacted the developer but they did not answer me and refused to solve the problem. I did not activate the license, did not use the product. I want to cancel the purchase and make a refund. So that I could buy another theme in your wonderful store. Thank you
