We are unable to connect to the XStore API with the XStore theme. Please check your SSL certificate

    Good morning
    I uninstalled the Legenda theme to install the XSTORE theme. Unfortunately I cannot connect to your API to register for activation code.

    here is the error message:
    There was an error with the API request call. This is a common problem caused by an SSL certificate. Please check it here. If your certificate does not exist or has errors, please contact your server provider.

    I deactivated all the plugins likely to create conflicts and I contacted my host who confirmed that the IP (136.243.62.54) is not blocked.
    I also increased the PHP version to 8.0
    The ssl certificate is functional (I carried out the test on ssl checker

    I still have the same problem

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Please check it – try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.

    i have test it before send you ftp codes
    it works perfectly
    if you use filezilla you dont need the port with fast connexion

    You have take too much time
    we have been oblige to restore the last website !!!!

    Your APi is not working correctly

    we went back to the legenda theme but your interface does not recognize it either (the domain name lequartz-dz.com does not appear in the interface)
    do what is necessary as quickly as possible to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
    We lost 2 days of work!!!!!!

    We will migrate the site to a test server which will be testeva1.ovh

    We have finished migrating the site to a test server which is http://www.testeva1.ovh

    We still have the same problem:
    As a reminder, it is impossible to connect to the API and activate our activation code

    You will find attached all the access codes which have been tested before sending them to you

    I am experiencing the same error on my site, although I haven’t made any changes for several days. I have performed the updates that were pending but it didn’t make any difference.
