Dear support
Could you take a look why our website is not loading correctly after to update Xstore theme and some plugins as Woocommerce?
Every time we visit the site we get:
Warning: require_once(/home2/estudje4/public_html/xxxxxxxxx/sitio-ecommerce/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/core/interfaces.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home2/estudje4/public_html/xxxxxxxxx/sitio-ecommerce/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/js_composer.php on line 173
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home2/estudje4/public_html/xxxxxxxxx/sitio-ecommerce/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/core/interfaces.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php70/lib/php’) in /home2/estudje4/public_html/xxxxxxxxx/sitio-ecommerce/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/js_composer.php on line 173
but, when we force a new reload of the site (with CTRL + F5 on Windows), strangly it loads fine.
Besides, if we visit the site using Chrome, Xstore is replaced by default WP theme and Visual Composer does not load, but (again) when we force a new reload of the site (with CTRL + F5 on Windows). strangly it loads fine.
Any idea what could be the problem?
Looking forward to your comments
Best regards
Fernando
Additionally, icon cart is no longer display 🙁
We already added the cart icon, but we got the error that we’ve informed.
Please, consider visit the site with Firefox initially.
Waiting for an answer.
Regards
is there anybody over there? :/
I’ve renewed the support service but I am so disappointed because you don’t provide answers at time. Our clients are upset with us because their sites are not working as expect. Sadly, we will have to change the Xstore theme by one that offer a better support if you don’t give us trusted assistance.
Any reply to this ticket?
Hello,
Sorry for such a long delay in answering.
I suppose your problem is related to your rewrites rules. Please, contact your hosting provider and solve the problem with rewrites because your WP is located in the subfolder but you redirect it to the main domain. That’s why you have the home page with the default theme and subitems with our theme activated. But this problem is not related to our theme or plugins, you may enable default Storefront theme and check, the situation is the same.
Once you solve the problem with rewrites check the problem with composer and reply back if the issue still persists.
Regards
