We have a problem with shop page We are unable to edit the shop page from the section to customize

We are unable to edit the shop page from the section to customize the woocommerce, If we use a single category https://surgelapalermo.it/categorie-prodotti/prodotti-panati-e-snack/ we see everything correctly, but if we use the shop link https://surgelapalermo.it/shop/ it gives us problems, don’t see categories.

tahnk you very much, but why i see category products and only products on the shop page? i prefer see only products because the category don’t have images
