I recently installed the theme but I received this message:

The most common errors occur due to low server requirements. We strongly recommend that you contact your hosting provider to verify and adjust the necessary server settings.

1/ Please Check System Requirements:

Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please increase the memory limit as (512M) and max execution time 300 & max input vars minimum 4000 -Check the image for specific requirements here:

We kindly request that you, Please use PHP version 8.0, 8.1 or 8.2

For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.

2/ Please disable all (3rd) third-party plugins including (cache plugin), except required plugins on your site, and then import the demo on your site again.

Thank you for your response.

Yes, you can use Elementor instead of WP Bakery, Please navigate to WordPress dashboard > Plugins > delete the wp-bakery plugin.

Afterward, Should you wish to perform the import process independently, please ensure to remove the previously imported demo content https://prnt.sc/OhdZLlrEFq5g before importing the desired version with the Elementor plugin.
Do not import a few versions altogether, it will create a mess.

There something wrong with theme – see attached image for reference.

I pick the GAME theme and the builder type is WP Bakery – but I find it too complicated so I followed your instruction to remove the imported theme and installed the Elementor plugin, then re-imported the theme, but something is wrong with the theme it messed up.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is recommended that you run the import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Reset plugin, which can be found at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/.

This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

Please reset the installation and provide us with temporary WP-admin access in the private content area of this topic. We will then help you with the import, and let us know which demo you would like to import.

Thanks, but the the WP reset plugin is not available. BTW I am using a staging site so, can u suggest other WP plugin to reset?

1. We recommend performing the demo import on a fresh WordPress installation. To achieve this, you can use the **WordPress Database Reset** plugin, available at [this link](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin will allow you to remove all existing content and start with a clean installation.

Once you have reset your website, kindly inform us, and we will proceed with importing the demo for you.

I input a temporary login – I haven’t added the wp reset plugin yet – could you take a look at it pls. What I want is to have the game theme but the website builder is Elementor not the WP Bakery

We are currently unable to access the XStore dashboard on your website. To assist you further and help with the import of the game theme demo, we kindly request that you provide us with your website’s WP-Admin access, ensuring it is set to the administrator role.

Once we have the necessary access, we will promptly investigate the issue and provide the required support.

To do this, please follow these steps:
– Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
– Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
– Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.
