We have a page here: https://www.copperpennyflowers.com/sympathy/ and we have set the sort order of the products on that page by dragging and dropping the products on the products page after filtering the category and publication status and clicking the sort order link.
The page shows products with the WP Bakery Post Grid widget with the category selected and the sort order set to Menu order/Page order ascending. The products are in the right order in the admin on that page, but display in a different order on the front end.
How can we get things to display the way we want?
Hello, @barry.tuber,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
You can view the result in your site’s customizer mode. To view the result on the front end of your site, this is likely due to the server cache (CDN) that is enabled on your site, as shown in the screenshot under uploaded files area.
We suggest that you contact your hosting provider to flush the server cache and disable the CDN while you are in the development process.
If the changes you make in the Customizer are not reflected on the page, it is likely a caching issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.
We recommend that you temporarily disable any CDN caching and cache plugins, clear your browser cache, and then check again.
We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing 8Theme’s Team.
Best Regards,

The CDN and all caches were cleared after setting the sort order for the products. And as I said, we are not using the customizer, and the page lists the products with the WP Bakery Post Grid widget with the category selected and the sort order set to Menu order/Page order ascending.
Hello, @barry.tuber,
Thank you for your response.
Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.
Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand and help you.
We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Warm regards,
The 8Theme Team
