    Hi Support Team,

    We need assistance with the following issues and questions regarding our webshop setup:

    Translation Issue

    The translation for Xstore-child has disappeared. Could you help us restore it?
    Bulk Pricing Feature

    Does 8theme offer coding services for implementing minimum pricing (WooCommerce bulk pricing)?
    News Section Order

    The “News” section displays articles in order from the oldest to the newest. We haven’t been able to fix this – any suggestions on how to reverse the order?
    Checkout Shipping Calculation

    During checkout, shipping is calculated correctly, but it doesn’t appear as part of the order breakdown. It would be great if this could be shown, though it’s not critical.
    Note: The shipping cost is 100 DKK, not 50 DKK.

    Please find our responses below:

    1/ We’ve uploaded a translation from – https://www.8theme.com/glotpress/projects/xstore/xstore/ to your site. You can edit strings via Loco Translate > Themes > XStore.

    The translation should be done for the parent theme, and it will be automatically inherited by the child theme.
    The child theme should be translated only in case you added custom code in the child theme that includes localization functions.

    2/ If you are interested in exploring personalized customizations, we encourage you to submit a request through our Customization Panel, we’ve added email in the private content area.
    Through this email, you will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with our technical team to evaluate the feasibility of your request. Please note that customization services may involve additional charges, which will be determined after a comprehensive review of your specific requirements.

    3, 4/ To ensure efficient assistance, we kindly request that you post separate questions in individual topics on our support forum: https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/ Provide URLs of pages and screenshots for a better understanding of your requests.

    Okay but i can see only 17% is translated?

    Hello, Oliver,

    We provide a partial translation, as indicated in the documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ You are welcome to continue or complete it on your own.
    Please be aware that you only need to translate the necessary strings that are visible on the frontend; there is no need to manually translate to 100%.

    Regarding your inquiry about restoring a previous translation, unfortunately, such an option is not available through either the Loco Translate plugin or the theme itself. If any files have been deleted, we recommend contacting your hosting provider to check if they have a backup available. Many hosting providers regularly create backups for their clients.

    If no backup exists and the file has been deleted, please note that this issue is unrelated to the theme used on your website. We have already done everything within our capacity to assist you with translations.
