Web site with php problem with php 7.4 don’t work

we can not enter the administration, it worked with 7.1 but the servers do not accept it, how should we do to log in?

Hello,

Our theme is compatible with php 7.4. Maybe there is a conflict with a 3rd party plugin.
Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Check server error log.
