    No, unfortunately, such mails were custom created for our 8theme site only.
    Try to activate Built-in Email Builder https://gyazo.com/30df02c2d808ca62a109b9d9499a43c7 and check the settings offered there.

    You can maybe find a plugin that can provide this functionality. The theme has no such feature implemented, and we did not test such plugins officially so can recommend them.
    Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins.

    Sorry for the delay in answering, our technicians team doesn’t work during the weekend.
    Do you have same problems when a default theme (like Storefront, go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate WooCommerce default theme Storefront) is activated on your site? Please check and let us know. Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > Widgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back.

    Hello,

    You need to make sure that issue does not appear with the default Storefront theme. Theme switching won’t ruin everything, only widgets could be a little messed up after switching back, that’s all.
    Or create staging site (full copy of the production) and test there.

    If that does not work even with the Storefront theme then you need to contact WooCommerce support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Hello,

    Provide us with a video of the issue, please. Because I don’t see the Quick view button for the products on the mobile devices.

    Anyway, if you don’t like the off-canvas type for the QV you can change the type in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop Elements > Quick View > Quick View Type > choose the popup type.
