    Hi:

Webpage in general is very slow and have a bad pagespeed score.
Webpage is hosted on siteground (recommended by you) and have all cache and optimization settings optimal (we run several tests with several plugin & options combination to test what was the least bad one.

I run a further page speed test on your own demo pages and i can see page speed is bad as well.

    You can see here: https://imgur.com/a/lmCgkx4
So how can this be achieved (for real): https://imgur.com/a/yNsbyjx

I’ve contacted siteground technical team that assured that you need further optimizations in order to be a fully optimized theme.

Can you elaborate on this please? This is a major thing as you might understand.

    Thanks.

    Hi:

Thanks. I’ve already done all of that.

    – Xstore Ajaxify means lazy loading an entire section? Will that interfere with lazy loadind dor images activated on sg optimizer (siteground optimization plugin)?

    – Cache is well optimized.

    – Gzip is activated on server.

    – WepP for images is in place.

    – Expires headers are in place

    – How can unused css and js from Xstore itself can be removed?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

As we see from first sight you have many images on your home page (for example) which could be loaded in smaller sizes
You may test your website here ->https://gtmetrix.com/reports/lojaportuguez.com/MmhSTQkp/
and as we see 50% of your page weight are for image sizes -> https://prnt.sc/uJQLYhAOImUs

Also, we would recommend you to enable XStore Ajaxify for the widgets which are out of first viewed window size -> Example: https://prnt.sc/M4-0Z40kp-oV (your first loaded block of site) and all widgets below could be set with the option of XStore Ajaxify.
If you will find any issues you may simply switch off XStore ajaxify for the widgets which are “problematic”.

    Regards

    Hi:

Using XStore Ajaxify is not working for improvement of page load. It even makes the sections load twice.

Even pages just with text like contact or privacy policy have a load block of 2/3 sec.

Looking at GTMetrix waterfall, i can see that there are many calls to post admin-ajax.php and those are the ones taking the longest to load:
    Screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/lqJfm8V

Website is hosted at siteground and we’ve made everything possible to optimize it to its fullest (even in cooperation with tech people from siteground).

What can be done to improve these?

    Hello,

1/ You should enable lazy load for first visible section slideshow -> https://prnt.sc/-INYRxscdY6K .
2/ We see you have a few sections which are hidden on desktop but shown on mobile devices -> https://prnt.sc/Zt-dZkyxfJzt and https://prnt.sc/En9Plzw7pDJ5 and https://prnt.sc/BthU0RW-wSMG etc. You must know that all sections are loaded everywhere and are hidden/shown by simple css code. Please, try to minimize duplicated sections content. Example:
2.1/ You have 85% similar sections at the same top of the page -> https://prnt.sc/JESmtkvoRKDz . All differences are: height of sections, a little bit difference texts, and no button in the «mobile» section.
2.2/ It is much better to get the same result using few tweaks. Create extra text which will be hidden for desktop and tablet -> https://prnt.sc/h1LBGfxsyqUl and hide origin text for mobile only -> https://prnt.sc/krx1LpbwIoyO . We sent you template (check the Private content area) where we did modified your main section in better way (without creating an extra section with the 90% same content but modifying origin one on responsive).
If your site is live, create a staging site (full copy of the existing one), so we can do tests there without affecting your business.

If your site is live and you need further assistance, create a staging site (full copy of the existing one), so we can do tests there without affecting your business.

    Hi:

Thanks. And I do appreciate your efforts!

    1. I think you’re focusing too much on homepage. What worries me is that 3 sec. load block in every page even on just text pages like this one:
    https://lojaportuguez.com/en/privacy-policy/
    https://imgur.com/a/GwKvHPn

This load block is most noticeable on mobile which is critical to us.

    2. Lazy loading above the fold images should never be done. That is a strange advice on you. Or am i missing something? 😉

    3. I do understand about having responsive sections but I can’t select different images for background on section for mobile/desktop, so mobile will load bigger images than needed which is worst. (we have different optimized images wether is mobile or desktop)
    https://imgur.com/a/DNtZGPY

Please don’t focus on homepage but on overall blocking time of the theme, mostly on mobiles.

    Staging credentials sent in private.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

1/ https://imgur.com/a/GwKvHPn- it is your screenshot, scroll the page with results and you will see – https://prnt.sc/DScAmPG8pm5v You need to fix this, and we already answered how – https://prnt.sc/Zwmb4cXs7Kya
2/ It was about XStore Ajaxify.
You should enable lazy load for first visible section slideshow -> https://prnt.sc/-INYRxscdY6K .
3/ Ok, just remember that all sections are loaded everywhere (desktop and mobile) and are hidden/shown by simple CSS code.

We don’t have a deal with the personal site optimization https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy
So, if you are not satisfied with the theme speed we are ready to give you a refund – https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
