Website blank page and corrupted design - by Freelancer

The website is blank and corrupted on the mobile design.

Now I have solved the problem by clearing the cache from the server-side, but every time the theme asks for updates, the same problem happens. while the website is live.
I have shared the error log message in the private area.

I was disabling the optimized CSS as you see in the screenshots based on one of your time suggested since the same problem that happened before.

Hello,

Could you, please, reply to me once you get the issue and don’t clear the cache? We need to inspect the problem when the site is broken to be able to find the reason of the problem.

And then provide also FTP access.

Hello,

Our developers were able to replicate the issue with styles on the test server, so they will start to work on the issue tomorrow.
You provided cPanel access but I need FTP access to ambixperfumes WP installation only. So, provide us with FTP host, FTP username and FTP password.
