Website crashed after updating to the newest Woocommerce

    Hi,

    I have just updated the woocommerce, and the shop page is a totally blank page. Even if I place in the Woocommerce setting my shop page as the page for shop to be used, even I place the shortcut on that page [woocommerce_shop], it just simply doesn’t work.

    I also have the following code on the top of my pages:
    Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘wp_post_preview_js’ not found or invalid function name in /home/bestdayh/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 496

    Maybe I made mistake on tríing to solve the Woocommerce problem.

    What shall I do?

    Hello,

    We also need to access FTP account, so please provide us with FTP host, FTP password and FTP username.
    We can’t access WP Dashboard, wp-admin link gives 404 error. Are you using another link for wp-admin? Please provide us with it.

    Hello,

    You’re using very old theme version. You need update it to 2.1 version.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!


    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Hi Jack,

    thanks for your answer. I updated but there is no change. Also the failure warning is on the top of the page.

    By the way you sent me the links to the plugin updates but where can I get the Royal theme update from? In envato market I downloaded it again but I am not sure if this is a newer version or not at all.

    I also realized that the product pages lost its settings, they are not as should be, please check it out.

    So could you please write me how can I update your Royal theme?

    Product pages I could make allright. So now the shop is not working as a blank page comes up and there is a warning message on the site like this:

    as we can see – there is an error in your WordPress installation but we are unable to connect to your FTP server to investigate it. The error is ‘connection timed out’.

    Hi Stan,

    thanks for your mail. It must be working, I logged out of the ftp, maybe that was the problem as my computer is always online with it. Could you please check again?

    If you still cannot, please let me know your IP address and I will ask my host provider

    Hi,

    You have to write the php extension after wp-admin

    So you can login here: http://www.bestday.hu/wp-admin.php

    I dont know why but without it it also did not work.

    Hi,

    please tpye in the php extension also.

    It works fine for me from different computers from different IP address too. http://www.bestday.hu/wp-admin.php

    or http://www.bestday.hu/wp-login.php

    I have checked your IP address and it is not blocked at the host provider.

    Also I cannot update the plugins because then the whole site collapses. Please help me if you can, because I built up the page in weeks and now I just simply don’t know what I could do.

    Hello,

    I’ve updated plugins for you, but there is an error in your error_log file:
    PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /home/bestdayh/public_html/wp-includes/option.php on line 113

    You need ask your hosting provider to increase memory_limit value and check Shop page after that.

    Eva,

    now I made everything a little backwards as maybe the woocommerce extra product options plugin made some mistake with the theme, but now it is working. Shop page also. So I have the last thing remaining. The SHOP page (Ruhaink – on my site) is not showing any thumbnail image, I mean featured image for each product is missing. Could you please check it?

    Login and password changed as I found some unknown pages so I write the new login and password in private content.

    I’ve renamed old theme folder to “royal_old” in wp-content/themes directory and uploaded the original version. Now shop page is shown fine. Please check it.

    great, thanks. How could I get the uploaded theme to my site? Why do the settings do away and collapse the page after updating? Can we do anything with it or just leave it like that?

    Can you give me a link to the old version to download it to myself also, so that I can use it later also as with the new one it will not work maybe?

    I would need the older version of the theme itself. Actually I cannot download the older one anymore and I overwrote it on my PC also.
