Website down, no images or slider showing on homepage after update

    How do we cleared the plugin cache on WordPress account? We had the same problem a month ago when updating Xstore theme and plugins. We tried clearing our browsers cache and cookies but that didnt work.

    We updated today to:

    8theme Core Plugin for XStore theme. Version 4.0.5
    Woocommerce Version 5.6.0
    Xstore Theme 8.0.5

    and the website again became distorted with no images showing: https://gyazo.com/35d80863471bcdaba4398acb73d231d4

    Your website is loading correctly on mobile and desktop. to solve this issue, you should just clear cache on your browser and open the website in incognito mode. I suggest you to make a Google search with the terms « how to clear cache on browser-name ». Of course, replace « browser-name » by your browser name such as Chrome, Safari etc.

    As it concern cache clear on your website, it all depends on what cache plugin you’re using. Btw some servers has their own « server cache » so you should also check with your hosting.

    Hello @Donhetter,

    We’ve checked your site and all images are visible now.
    Probably it is cache of your browser. Check via an incognito window.
