Hi, I have recently encountered an issue with my website, it’s showing this error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare add_term_meta() (previously declared in /home/content/06/9648206/html/papertieaffair/wp-includes/taxonomy.php:1153) in /home/content/06/9648206/html/papertieaffair/wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/inc/taxonomy-metadata.php on line 100

I cannot log into the website and have been actively looking for solutions. Your guidance is appreciated. I’m unsure if my theme needs to be updated, and if so can you please do so.

    Thank you

    Hello,

You’re using very old theme version.
Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

Also you need delete “wpbakery” folder in wp-content/themes/legenda directory as Visual Composer can be installed as a separate plugin now. In this case some pages (where you created Parallax background) will have to be recreated.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

I wasn’t able to upload some files due to the error: “Permission denied”.
Please change permissions to folders to 755 and files to 644 on all files in your server. Then let us know.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

All of the permissions are being rest.

Also, is this going to fix my website http://www.papertieaffair.com correct? I’m very frustrated as I’m not too sure what is going on.

    Hello,

Sorry, but there are still only Read permissions http://storage7.static.itmages.com/i/16/1223/h_1482498063_1738083_4530d9c179.jpeg .
Please change them to 755 for folders and 644 for files.
Ask your hosting provider support to do this.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

This is what they had me change. The folder is now set to “write” but didn’t change the numbers as you mentioned.

I’m adding my hosting login for you too which might be helpful if you know something that they aren’t helping me with

    Hello,

When I click “settings on the Paper Tie Affair site” I see only “Updates” section.
Could you please create FTP account for us to be able to connect to your server via FileZilla client?

    Thank you.
    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
