Hello Team,
My website is starting to work well, and I believe my business will grow now. However, I’m encountering a strange error.
Currently, when you add a product to the cart on my website, an unrelated product appears on the cart page. For example, if I add coconut oil to the cart, but when I go to view the cart, different products are showing up as being added (As you see in the video mustard oil & desi ghee products are showing on the add to cart page). It seems like some default products are appearing instead.
Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. I have had 8 orders canceled today because of this problem, leading to significant losses.
Your immediate assistance in fixing this error would be greatly appreciated.

But I keep seeing errors on the website and theme repeatedly. I feel like the website is okay now and ads should run properly for sales, but after 2 or 3 days, new errors keep appearing even though everything is updated, including the theme and plugins. Why does this keep happening? Can you please check what might be causing these issues?
Also, I noticed that when we add a product to the cart on mobile, the pop-up that used to appear, showing that the product was added and giving an option to checkout, is no longer showing. But this pop-up still appears on the desktop version.
Can you please look into this feature and fix it so it works on mobile as well? I will send you a video of another website as an example to show you how the pop-up should look.
This would make it easier for users to complete their purchases.
Your help would be greatly appreciated on this matter.

Okay, I understand now, but you suggest me to installed this plugin. It was also included in your theme’s plugin installer feature and was recommended for clearing cache and improving website speed. So, what could be the problem now & how can we solve that?

No, I don’t think you understood my point. The point is When we add a product to the cart, a popup appears on the desktop version, but it’s not showing up on the mobile version. I sent you a video showing that after adding a product to the cart, a popup automatically appears with the added product and some cross-sell products. I need this feature to work on mobile too.
The feature works on desktop but not on mobile. Please enable it for the mobile version as well. I would really appreciate it if you could help with this so that the add-to-cart popup works well on both mobile and desktop. Thank you!
I’m sending you two videos. One video shows how the popup should look on mobile, which is what we want for our website. The other video shows how the popup appears on the desktop version of our website when a product is added to the cart.
The popup works on desktop but not on mobile. I need the same popup feature on mobile as shown in the mobile video.
Also, please make the necessary changes and create a video showing the updated setup. This will help me understand and make any further adjustments myself. I would really appreciate your help with this.

Yes, exactly like that. In the demo theme link you provided, when a product is added to the cart, a window pops up from the left side of the screen. However, this popup is not appearing on my website. It works on the desktop version but not on mobile.
Please check the mobile version to see if you can enable this feature. I also request that you make a video showing how to enable this feature, as I need to adjust the colors and other settings.
I have sent you three videos already, and I’m sending a fourth video showing the demo theme. I hope you understand now.
Please enable this feature; it would be very helpful.
