Website header is displaying on desktop as if it was being viewed on mobile

Hi,

Please see attached. As you can see at the bottom of the screenshot, the logo is supposed to be on the left, and there is supposed to be a menu on the right with a login icon.

I didnt touch the header but for some reason its suddenly changed to the way it looks now.

Please advise how I can return it back to normal?
