Hi,

After updating the theme and plugin, the website layout (Including the menu) has changed and all the previous settings are gone.

Hello,

1) Built-in headers were removed and you missed to create header using header builder. I have created the header. Check now.
2) You disabled the Massive Addons plugin. You use the Massive Addons elements, so don’t disable that plugin.
