    hi, my website is not loading anymore, i think the problem is something related to the theme, could u please check please? thx

    In this regard, kindly assign administrator privileges to the credentials you provided us with so that we can have some deeper troubleshooting on this. Also please share with us your FTP details within the private content area.

    In this case, could you first try updating the theme to the latest version and see whether the issue is resolved. You may use the automatic updates method indicated within the guide here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

    Once you are done with the update, please clear your site cache.
