Website is so slow it’s un-usable unless XStore theme is deactivated.

Hi there, the most recent version of Xstore seems to have slowed our site to a crawl. This persists regardless of which plugins are active or inactive and only changes if we switch from XStore. We have updated to the latest version of XStore, disabled all other plugins, and ensured WP is up to date. This is most evident when using the shop pages with Woo Commerce products.

All required details for access is in private content area.

The website is not currently shoppable, any help you can provide would be very much appreciated.

Hello Luca, I appreciate your response and I’m certain that you get messages like this all the time. But it doesn’t look like you read my post. If I turn literally every plugin off on the website except for Xstore plug-ins and child themes, it is still slow.

Then if I turn off Xstore child them, it speeds up again but the site is broken.

So, the only thing that currently speeds up the site is turning off XStore. Does this not point to Xstore being the issue?

Please also check your CDN services, these fonts are not accessible now. It could me your website slow loading.
