The site is very slow, it did not used to be like this.
we use elementor as a builder – I keep on receiving emails – of critical issues on the website, related to plugins, first it was Woocommerce, then Xcore, I see that if I deactivate Woocommerce, Elementor and Xcore the website runs fine but then I have issues with the design and can’t use the shop and other features.
The server is working fine, we can’t find a way to solve this issue.
    Can you please help?

    Hello, @Emanuela,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

1/ Kindly navigate to WordPress dashboard > Plugins > and deactivate either the Elementor Pro plugin or the Pro Elements plugin, as using both simultaneously may cause conflicts.

Afterward, You can edit the archive page under XStore builders > Product archive builder. Please read our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/

2/ A/ Website speed depends on various factors that we do not control. What we can do is share the links that can help you with speed optimization: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

Every additional plugin slows down the site a bit, so we would recommend you disable unrequired plugins as well.

We recommend that you review the suggestions provided by Google PageSpeed in the Top Issues list: https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-invictusheights-com/b3n67j3yhk?hl=en&form_factor=desktop

    – Reduce initial server response time
    – Largest Contentful Paint element
    – Eliminate render-blocking resources
    – Reduce JavaScript execution time

For further guidance on how to improve your website’s speed, Please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it and we invite you to review our theme documentation. The following links provide detailed information on this topic:

    a. https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/
    b. https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/main-theme-options/
    c. https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/

For a comprehensive understanding of the specific issues that may be affecting your website’s speed, we suggest conducting a website speed test with GTMetrix https://gtmetrix.com/ or Google PageSpeed https://pagespeed.web.dev/ -These tools can provide you with actionable recommendations to further enhance your website’s performance.

2/ B/ Google Pagespeed/GTMetrix scores with 20-50 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. However, our demos work very fast on mobile devices. We suggest you test it on a few mobile devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems (it will be faster once a cache plugin is activated).

We trust that this guidance will be of assistance to you. Should you require any further support, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
