Website loading slow / takes a lot of time to load

Hi,
We have recently set up my e-commerce website but it is loading very slow, whatever page or article, the website loads very slow.

It’s running XStore with Elementor and WooCommerce integration, with the plugins shown in the picture.

We have tried optimising / modificating options such as disabling unused options in Elementor, using cache plugins, using cache options in Cloudflare, diffrent WAF installed (even without WAF the website loads slow), optimising images, changing lazy load vs default loading. We also followed the guide from https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/. We have also upgraded the hosting package as a recommendation from the hosting company.

We are using the latest versions of the theme, plugins and WordPress.

Unfortunately, we can’t seem to understand why the website lodads so slowly.

We want to ask if there are any ways to disable unused resources in the theme, or if you can help us drill down into the problem. I have included a temporary account to the website in the private area. We would very much appreciate any tips or things to look for / modify in order to speed up the website.

Hi,

Is there any option to disable individual parts of the theme like: OpenAI / Sales Booser / GDPR & Cookies?

Can you please provide any other tips to make the website load faster? I’m interested in both general and individual (theme) options to try.

1. **OpenAI Integration**: To enable the OpenAI feature, it is essential to insert your API keys at the following location: XStore Dashboard > OpenAI. Without these keys, the OpenAI feature will not function alongside the theme’s source codes.
