Website loading the “Use custom banner above breadcrumbs”

    Website loading the “Use custom banner above breadcrumbs” with styling and sometimes without styling regardless of the browser, workstation, location, different IPs, with or without cache cleared.. it’s very hit and miss.. and not sure what is causing it?

    Hello @Nixatsnow,

    Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that.
    We have a large number of requests during these days and reply may take some time, but your request is in the queue and it’s very important for us. Please be patient.

    1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
    2/ Deselect the custom banner above breadcrumbs, go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > set the mentioned static block as “Shop Page Banner Content”.
