The website was working fine a month ago on the mobile website. I have not made any changes and now just checking the website on my android phone it is not loading correctly.

As instructed I have updated all the plugins and the mobile page is still not working! Addition to that my feature product on my home page is not displaying properly!
Could you please take a look at it ASAP as this is affecting my business. Thank you very much.

What browser and version are you using on mobile?
Please don’t update Woocommerce to 3.0. Compatibility of our theme with the plugin will be added in a new theme update.

I am using chrome and mobile is HTC.
My main concern at the moment is in the product page the right footer is not loading anymore.

As I see you’re using old theme version.
Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

I’ve updated and done what you have asked… now my eWay check out for credit card method is not processing….
Rose, after I updated my check out with EWAY is not working! Credit card is not processing and I have customer who are complaining. Please get this fix ASAP.
