    Hello,

My website is not loading at all. I’ve asked the hosting provider what is causing this issue. They said that the website is using way to much RAM memory (about 3 GB) to load and that there are a few faulty scripts. Could you please take a look to see what is happening and advise us what to do?

Are there any codes that are causing this issue or there is a server misconfiguration?

Hope to hear from you soon!
We need to fix this ASAP.

    Regards,
    Sebastian

    Hello,

It seems there is the problem with your DNS service as we can’t connect to your site, here is the screenshot of the error message http://prntscr.com/9s0nyz. You need to contact your hosting provider support to investigate the issue more deeply.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

I’ve just asked to hosting provider to boost up the RAM on our server.
Now the site is loading but it’s still uses a lot of memory.
Wolud you be so kind to check this issue again?

    Thank you!
