Website not loading on [Mobile Chrome] browser.

    I am using xstore (with magazine demo pages) on https://urduscience.org . This website shows magazine pdf files as flipbook, and allow downloading through purchasing PDFs as Downloadable + virtual woo-commerce product. I am using DearFlip Lite Plugin to allow visitors to read all magazine issues. PDF files are stored on cloud.
    Website working fine on desktop screens very well. But not loading in Mobile Chrome browsers on any phone. Other mobile browsers like Firefox (mobile) is performing good. /wp-admin/ loads correctly but not public pages. Can you find the issue?

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    I have created a temp. admin. username and password is shared in private content area.

    I hope you are doing well.

    Could you kindly try deactivating the plugin you are using for such books functinality? It is possible that the issue is related to this plugin, as it may be affecting your website’s performance across different browsers. Based on our observations, these sections utilize additional JavaScript scripts, which are not related to our theme.

    Additionally, we have tested the page on multiple devices and noticed that it sometimes loads correctly and sometimes does not. To further investigate, we would appreciate it if you could share the results of your own testing.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but due to a high volume of requests at the moment, we are unable to conduct in-depth testing for each individual customer.

    I did extensive testing. Interestingly, when I deactivate Elementor and re-activate, problem goes away for first refresh. But afterwards it re-appears.

    Could you kindly conduct a test using any default theme, such as “Hello Elementor” or “Storefront”? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with feedback, including screenshots or videos, in case there are no issues when testing with a default theme.

    If the issues persist during such testing, we recommend checking the “Elementor support forum” or their “official documentation”, as this would indicate that the issue is not related to our theme. Please note that our support is exclusively provided for projects developed by our team.
