Hello,
Thank you for reaching out and bringing this issue to our attention. We understand the importance of having a fully functional website, especially during the development phase, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the loading issues you are experiencing.
Based on the details you’ve provided, the memory error that is shown on your screenshot, should be fixed first by your hosting provider.
Please read this article https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/
Once it will be fixed, let us know if further assistance is needed from our side.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
I have already updated the wp-config.php file with the following line:
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );
Despite this adjustment, the website continues to load very slowly, and at times, it does not load at all. This has become a significant concern for us.
Additionally, I have shared all the necessary server access details with you. I am wondering why the issue still persists despite the steps taken. Could you please look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution?
Your prompt attention and support in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Dear @imguser,
We hope this message finds you well. Upon reviewing the content on your homepage, we have observed a significant number of elements that may be contributing to the intermittent loading issues you are experiencing. We kindly suggest reviewing the solutions we have previously provided to our customers, which can be found at https://www.8theme.com/topic/error-message-while-debugging-the-website/#post-405279.
Additionally, we recommend checking the system requirements on the XStore Control Panel. Please ensure that all settings are adjusted to either average or high values to optimize performance.
We also noticed that your site is currently using the “WP Fastest Cache” plugin. It is possible that the settings of this plugin are causing excessive requests, which could negatively impact the loading times of your site. We advise deactivating this plugin temporarily to determine if it improves the site’s performance.
Also, we would recommend you to contact with your hosting provider for better analys and the possible improves that can be made on hosting side.
Should you require further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards,
Jack Richardson

Thank you for your response and the suggestions provided.
I will review the content on our homepage and follow the solutions you have previously provided at the link shared.
Regarding the system requirements on the XStore Control Panel, I have already checked and ensured that all settings are adjusted to optimal values.
I have also tried deactivating the “WP Fastest Cache” plugin, but it did not improve the site’s performance.
Additionally, I would like to point out that pages such as the login page and the forgot password page do not have any significant elements that could be slowing down the loading times. Despite this, these pages are also experiencing loading issues. This leads me to believe that the issue is related to the theme itself. I have deactivated and tested with other plugins, and the problem persists only with your theme.
WP Fastest Cache is one of the most popular cache plugins, and it’s concerning that it’s not compatible with your theme. I also noticed that the WPRocket plugin, another well-known plugin, is reportedly not compatible with your theme according to the link you previously shared. This raises further concerns about the overall compatibility and performance of your theme.
Regarding the hosting provider, I have already checked with our hosting provider, and the issue persists. I have also checked with another hosting provider, which I mentioned in my first message, and the problem remains the same.
I need to fix these issues ASAP as they are severely affecting our website’s performance and user experience.
Dear @imguser,
We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to clarify the compatibility of the WP Rocket cache plugin with our theme. We have noticed your recent comments regarding potential incompatibility issues, and we would like to address this matter.
For your reference, you can access the WP Rocket documentation related to our theme at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/. All our demos are using the WP Rocket plugin and it is working correctly. We find it surprising to hear reports of incompatibility as our tests have not indicated such issues.
Furthermore, we have conducted a performance analysis of your website using one of the most popular site speed tester, PageSpeed Insights. The results were quite favorable and can be viewed here: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49511696?key=e8b5057d32fc31b7d472382eec0edf9d.
Based on these findings, we recommend following the optimization guide step-by-step to enhance your site’s performance. Once you have implemented the suggested improvements, please provide us with feedback so that we may assist you further.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your response and continuing to support your efforts.

i don’t know where you got this result. check the result below which i got from google chrome lighthouse.

check the other pages too.
Dear @imguser,
I hope this message finds you well. As previously communicated, we utilized the “PageSpeed Insights” tool for testing, which you can access via the following URL: https://pagespeed.web.dev/.
In our last correspondence, we recommended specific enhancements aimed at improving your website’s loading speed. It appears that these suggestions have not yet been implemented. If the improvements are not applied, and you wish for us to proceed with the optimization, it may seem as though the responsibility for the entire speed optimization process is being transferred to us, which is unfortunately not feasible.
We kindly ask you to implement the changes outlined in our previous message, which can be reviewed here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/website-not-loading-some-time-loading-but-taking-too-much-time-and-showing-some-error/#post-405621.
Please implement these improvements at your earliest convenience and inform us once completed. We are eager to continue with further testing and enhancements upon receiving your feedback.

Jack Richardson

see https://tinyurl.com/266swso8
few hours ago i have applied all this patches. see again its showing like this. whats wrong with your theme?
Dear @imguser,
I hope this message finds you well.
We were in the process of evaluating the website at https://test.******.online. Upon reviewing the source code of the homepage (and also we check the live web-site with same test), we were unable to identify any elements that have been activated with XStore Ajaxify option, as previously discussed and agreed upon.
Could you please confirm whether our observation is accurate? If the XStore Ajaxify options have indeed been activated, we kindly request that you provide us with a comprehensive list of all widgets where this feature is enabled or steps to check such implementation.
We also noticed that you have 2 headers loaded on each page but the first one is hidden on each device. You should understand that if you simply hide the section, all styles/scripts that are required for rendering of elements this section (in your case hidden header area) are loaded. It means that speed will be implroved also once you removed the unused header.
We recommend you to read our answer about the patches reappearing on your web-site -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/tons-of-errors-on-home-catalogue-aka-shop-page-and-individual-usal-pages-when-u-inspect/page/3/#post-405545.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your prompt response.

Hi
check out live domain now and we have noticed that the site has been loading very slowly recently, which is impacting user experience and potentially affecting our business operations.
Dear @maftimfia,
I hope this message finds you well.
We have reviewed the loading speed of your website and observed that it is slower than expected. Unfortunately, it appears that the optimizations we previously recommended have not been implemented on your end. Implementing these changes is crucial for enhancing your website’s performance.
We specifically advised the activation of the XStore ajaxify feature, which seems to have been overlooked. We kindly request that you implement the suggested optimizations to facilitate noticeable improvements.
Should the performance issues persist following these implementations, please provide us with the working wp-admin and FTP access credentials for your website. This will enable us to conduct a more thorough investigation.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to seeing the enhanced performance of your website soon.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

okay, i have added more modules to the ajaxify. and sharing the requested details please have a look.
Dear @maftimfia,
We appreciate your efforts in implementing the XStore ajaxify feature for certain Elementor widgets. However, upon review, we have been unable to verify the activation of this feature in any of the widgets, as evidenced by the following screenshot: https://gyazo.com/f51952b3dfc8e4a0c9f30d28f20cca5f. This situation leads us to believe that the agreed-upon implementation may not have been completed.
We would like to remind you that we have previously provided detailed steps necessary for this implementation in our support communications. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the extent of support we can offer. Our role is to guide you through the process rather than implementing the changes directly on your website.
Could you please provide us with screenshots or evidence in such case to confirm that the ajaxify feature has been activated as you previously indicated?
Additionally, we refer to our earlier communication which can be found here:
We kindly ask you to implement the changes outlined in our previous message, which can be reviewed here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/website-not-loading-some-time-loading-but-taking-too-much-time-and-showing-some-error/#post-405621.
Could you kindly update us on which of the outlined steps have been implemented?
We look forward to your prompt response to clarify these matters.

please check the attachment for the screenshot. for verifying ajaxify implemented or not.
Dear @maftimfia,
I hope this message finds you well. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the implementation of the XStore Ajaxify option. This feature is accessible on each Elementor element throughout the page, as detailed here: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49721033?key=6ea48a4d7ca31a0880ecc1a2dd5f2dc4. Given your familiarity with these settings after multiple activations and tests, we believed it would be most efficient for you to implement this feature.
We recommend enabling the XStore Ajaxify option for Elementor widgets that are located outside the initial viewport seen by visitors when they first access your site. For more detailed information on this feature, please visit: https://www.8theme.com/topic/speed-performance-is-low-how-can-speed-up-the-site-template/#post-384938.
Additionally, the current ajaxify settings configured in the Theme Options may be reset entirely, as it is unnecessary to lazy-load all sidebar widgets across the website as currently set.
We apologize for any confusion during the process of identifying the correct option that we both referred to. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Best Regards,
Jack Richardson

we have update as per your advice. but now we getting and error while loading products in category page. please have a look.
“Unfortunately, there are no products that match your criteria”
Dear @maftimfia,
I hope this message finds you well. We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with a URL for the specific category you referenced, as we are currently unable to locate it. This would greatly assist us in better understanding your needs.
Additionally, we recommend keeping the XStore Ajaxify option disabled for the Archive Products widgets. There are numerous conditions in these widgets that may not align correctly with the XStore Ajaxify functionality. It is generally best practice to enable this feature on elements located on the Home, Contact Us, and About Us pages to ensure optimal performance.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your response.
Kind regards,
Jack Richardson

please find the link
Dear @maftimfia,
Thank you for providing the URL. Upon review, we noted that the option in question had been activated in numerous instances, as we initially suspected. Further investigation confirmed that this option was enabled for each element on the Archive Products builder page (that created an issue about “No products found” as it is the page where all products are displayed based on the global WooCommerce query).
We recommend keeping the XStore Ajaxify option disabled for the Archive Products widgets. There are numerous conditions in these widgets that may not align correctly with the XStore Ajaxify functionality. It is generally best practice to enable this feature on elements located on the Home, Contact Us, and About Us pages to ensure optimal performance.
To address this, we have implemented improvements and deactivated this option for the widgets on the Shop layout page. Additionally, we have reassessed the activation of the XStore Ajaxify option on your Home page. We have deactivated it for the first two elements visible in the initial window area, as activating this option is unnecessary for these elements. It was causing multiple widgets on the Home page to load simultaneously when they came into the viewport.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
