Website Not working due to theme plugins

when i try to activate the wp bakery page builder plugin at the time my website goes to down.we don’t know why its happening like this .here below i mentioned what we have the error with your theme,

This is error we are getting while wp bakery page builder plugin activation.so we need to figure it out this issues asap.please help me to fix the issues.

Hello,

Thanks for the topic.
Please provide us with temporary wp-admin access in the Private Content area.
Also, contact your hosting provider support and ask them to check error log if there are any notices regarding that error. Perhaps some PHP values need to be increased.

Hello,

Make sure that your PHP version is not less 5.6.
Also, provide FTP access.

Yes we checked php version.
php version is 7.0,
please check this issues and fix it asap .we are in deadline.
in private attached ftp credentials

Hello,

You gave us access to the folder different than wp installation. We were able to find your WP installation but our user doesn’t have permission to edit files. Please, check the permissions for the user and allow us editing of the files of your WP installation because we need to enable WP debug, check then probably check and edit the other files.

Hello,

P.S.: 1) You are using dev version of WP http://prntscr.com/js1xsq I would not recommend testing of the new version of WP on the production site because it generated a lot of js errors and other options like theme update etc do not work. Install verified version 4.9.6.
2) If you use WC plugin 3.4.x then update Royal theme to version 4.5. Let me know about results.

Please change the WP version. As we said before, stable version of WP and latest theme version should be used on your site. In case, it won’t fix the problem, let us know.

Hello,

If you check your site you’ll see that even when the default theme is enabled nothing works fine:
1) a lot of js errors in the console when you inspect the Dashboard https://gyazo.com/f50f5649014d858ba3b02a070d823011

3) page can’t be edited even with the default theme https://gyazo.com/fe64c99a2f644b31b20e8c96a666ef57

We suppose the problem is related to the development version of WordPress that you are using. We are theme support and issues related to default WP installation are out of the scope of our support. Please, install the working version of WordPress first (https://wordpress.org/download/), after that reply me back and we’ll install the latest version of Royal theme.

Hello,

If your site is hacked you need to contact your server provider and make your site more secure using up to date system, plugins and also special plugins to make site secure. Theme does not have security valnulabilities. If you are not satisfied using our theme you can submit refund request.
