Website products, images, and pages disappeared.

Hello,

I honestly have no idea what happened. I woke up in the morning and logged in to the backend of my site and all the products, images, pages, and menus are missing. I have disabled every plug-in but I still have the same issue. I have contacted my hosting company and they said everything is fine on their end. I don’t know what to do, please, any help on this matter is greatly appreciated.

We can’t log in.

This situation can’t be caused by our theme.

Do you have a backup? Some hosting providers do regular backups for customers.
We would recommend you contact your hosting provider and ask to restore a backup.

Who has access to your site files, Dashboard, or database? Ask if that person did any changes there.
