Website speed issue on google speed insights

i have some issue with my website speed iam using wp rocket
i get this in google test :

and i need screenshot for best settings for theme > customize > Speed Optimization

Based on the results, we suggest that you use a CDN on your server to provide an equally fast web experience to your users across the globe. Additionally, we recommend that you eliminate render-blocking resources, reduce unused CSS and JS, delete extra/unused themes and plugins, and remove/delete extra sections, CSS, content, and media not used on your site. This will help to improve your site speed.
