Website Speed Optimization On desktop & Mobile

Dear Xstore Theme,

I hope you guys are very well.

A customer recently messaged me saying that my website is very slow to open. I checked it on the “Google Page Speed Test,” and the results were indeed very poor. The website takes more than 20 seconds to load, and both the desktop and mobile scores are very bad. You can see this in the screenshot.

Before using your theme, last month in June, my website’s mobile and desktop speed was only 1.2 seconds, and everything was in the green. But now, it’s not even close to that (previously, I had the LiteSpeed Cache plugin installed).

This will cause users to leave immediately, increase the bounce rate, and result in no sales. I request you to look into this and optimize the website speed. You know better how to do speed optimization. Please either do it for me or make a detailed video explaining how to optimize it. If your website has any premium plugins or anything to help, please use them.

I request you to help improve my website speed so customers can easily visit and buy products. I would be very grateful if you could look into this.

Dear Team,

I’ve read your articles about the WP Rocket plugin and your theme optimization. However, I noticed that your theme has two options: a premium plugin called “AMP” and another option called “SPEED OPTIMIZATION.” I need your guidance on the following:

Speed Optimization Settings: What settings should I configure to improve my website speed?

AMP Plugin: What are the impacts of installing this plugin? Is it beneficial to install, and what settings should I enable or disable? Will it affect my website performance?

Alternatively, should I use the old “LITE SPEED CACHE” plugin, which previously optimized my website effectively? Please suggest the best course of action according to your theme.

Note: Please provide a proper, detailed response without referring me to articles. Your help in optimizing my website is greatly appreciated.

Dear Team,

Thank you very much for making these changes, but since these changes have been made to the website, there has been some improvement. However, one problem that arises is that whenever I try to change images, fonts, or button colors, it takes about 2-4 hours for these changes to reflect on the front end of the website. What could be the reason for this? Updates should be reflected instantly.

Also, secondly, what do I need to do to optimize images and improve the speed and overall performance of the website? Currently, the website is loading very slowly due to unknown reasons.

Please assist me with this so that I can enhance my website speed more user-friendly in both versions.
