Website speed reduced after theme update and conflict with WP-Rocket

My website http://www.bluebirdarts.pk has slowed down since I have updated my theme to the latest version. I am using WPRocket as the plugin right now for optimisation. The plugin is also crashing with this error since the theme has been updated:

I have 2 questions:
1. Is WpRocket the best plugin to use with Xstore theme? or is there some other?
2. GTMetrix recommended to use WPRocket. Is it even required or not?

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, WP Rocket is indeed an excellent plugin to use with the XStore theme. Regarding the slowdown you mentioned, it typically occurs after updates due to the automatic cache rewriting process. This can temporarily slow down the site’s performance until the caches are fully rewritten. Currently, we do not see any issues with the speed on your site.
