Hi,
my website built with Royal Theme is quite slow (I had many feedbacks from many visitors on all part of the world to tellme the website is very slow to load, mostly for the main index page).
I saw also that others of your client complains about that.
Could you check it please ?
Because we lost many visitors due to that issue.
Any ways to optimize your theme?
I also use wp supercache, but I don’t see better results ….
I gave you the credentials on private content. Please be careful, the website is in production!
Regards
Sylvain
Hello,
Did you tried your site with default theme and you had better result?
Regards,
Robert Hall.
Your answer is quite weird…
There is many theme example for your theme… If we have to use only the default theme of ROYAL, I would not bought it! ….
Of course I don’t use the default theme, but one of your example.
This is not a good reason to have it slow.
Please investigate. You says that your theme is “optimized”. If it’s not the case, you have to do something for your clients.
Regards
Sylvain
So… Do I have to understand that there is only the “default” theme (between your like 20 examples) that loads good? :/
Sylvain
Hello,
Please provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
I am also running the theme with very slow response times.. especially in the admin area.
The site is running on a high spec dedicated server.. If somsone could take a look as to why the site load times are soo bad that would be great.
I have attached login details to this post as well.
Also updated to the latest version of the theme as well.
Hello @timbor,
I’ve checked your site and it loads quite fast:
Also I tested it with default WordPress theme and load time was 4.24s, even more than with our theme.
The issue may be caused by some plugins that makes site load slower.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
I have the same problem..very very slow administration.
I have the agency template activated. Sometimes when I save the page, the refresh crash and show me blank page.
What’s the problem?
Hello Nebulas,
Try to test your site with default WordPress theme. Also disable plugin one by one. Maybe it affects.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
Solve it! They are the recommended plugins, one of these: Essential grid, Master Slider, Screets Chat and WishList
So, is your issue resolved and site works faster?
Regards,
Robert Hall.
Yes! I don’t think I will use them for the moment. Then I tried to turn them off. the site works well now!
Hello,
We’re glad to hear your site works fine.
Have a great weekend!

Hi,
I give you now the credential for the website I talked about.
It’s again very slow for my website …, and also, I don’t know why, but now the full screen video on the Revolution slider (Html5 video) is very slow also! And it looks like “pixelized” ….
And I have all the correct formats for the video (mp4, ogv, webm) and the size of the video is only 2Mbs…
Could you please see why the website is running slow like that ?
And why the Html5 video is not working well ? (it’s the second slider on the Revolution Slider called Freexion-Accueil)
Thanks for your support
Regards
Sylvain
Hello,
Sorry but we don’t see the problem you described. The video is loading fast and displayed fine.
Are you using the latest browser version?
What browser are you checking the site in?
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
I’m using Google Chrome Version 39.0.2171.95 (64-bit) (the last version) and the video is loading slowly and pixelized …
For my client also, as for others peoples…
I do not understand how you can see the video perfectly working.
Regards
Sylvain
We did tests with many new versions, many OS also.
Video is pixelated on all navigators, except Firefox…
So i will not use the html5 video insert with Revolution slider. It’s not working good at all.
Regards
Sylvain
