Website with Xstore template is extremely slow

Heel there,

my website is extremly slow, it is a pretty straight forward webshop, with not to many items, but loading it costst a lot of time. Can we optimize in any way because customers are compaining about the fuctionallity.

We have a pretty decent VPS server so the hardware is ok, we only see a lot of traffic we can’t explain. Could you please assist us intrying to make it faster.
Also we have difficulties with elementor en elementor pro. Critical errors occur very often, we have to remove elementor en pro-element via ftp to make it funtioning again.

We hope to hear from you and hope you can help….

Hello there, I have installed the WP rocket plugin. Things got a bit better…

As asked i will provide you with the ftp settings in the private section so you can resolve some issues. Hope they will help as well.

Every once in a while, the website is off line due to a critical error, happened several times already. The thing i do is to rename the plugins elementor and pro-elements via FTP en re-install them. After doing so the site is working well again…

Upon reviewing the error log, we identified the following error:

[31-Jul-2024 18:59:08 UTC] PHP Fatal error:  Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 19082296 bytes) in /home/tbn/domains/trendybynancy.nl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/elementor/core/common/modules/ajax/module.php on line 270

In response to this, we have increased the WordPress memory limit to 512MB as follows:
```
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');
```
