Website works slow while user logged in .

hey.
the site work very good and fast but when user logged in the website start to be very slow.
how to fix it?

We would like to inform you that the WP-Rocket plugin is configured not to cache pages for users who are logged in by default. Should you wish to activate caching for logged-in WordPress users, you may do so by navigating to the WP-Rocket settings. Once there, please proceed to the ‘Cache’ section, then to ‘User Cache’, and select the option ‘Enable caching for logged-in WordPress users’.

the website still slow whil user logged in…
its load pages slow and also when i go to single prodcut and then go back to products archive its loads the page agian insted of just go back

the website works fine and fast its happens only when user logged in .

and i also noticed that the admin panel kinda slow.. i see other websites admin panels works much faster

We believe that by default, the WP-Rocket plugin does not cache content for users who are logged in.

its make a slow loading while loading pages and go back from pages.
