Weird Issue with Greek when changing php version & Can't Update

Hello i have a very weird issue with the site when i change the PHP version from 5.6 to 7
Can you please take a look? It’s only hapening on Xtheme modules.

Also another issue is with automatic update.
I don’t know if it’s a license issue, because i’m using the same license on both the live site and on this staging/developing site for the same owner though.

The error is: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Hello,

1) Check if MB Strings module is enabled on your server http://prntscr.com/ilywu3
2) Go to Theme Options > deactivate theme and then activate again using the same code. Try to update after that.

Keep in mind that you can use 1 license for the one project only (according to ThemeForest license policy). I have checked your licenses and found that you have at least 4 different projects but only 2 XStore licenses.
